Delivery

At PRODEPOT, our aim is to provide you, our Customer, with a delivery service that is Efficient and Value for Money.

Our Delivery Service includes (not limited to) the following:

• All orders are sent with Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
• All orders under 500 Grams are sent Express Post by default unless otherwise stated.
• All orders sent with Australia Post are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel system. This is fully Trackable and requires a signature on delivery.
• Australia Post’s eParcel service states that all item(s) are normally delivered within 2-10 Business days.
• If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, all item(s) will be taken to the appropriate Post Office for Pick Up by the Customer.
• P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
• Any Bulky/Heavy items are sent with TNT Express Couriers.
• All orders sent with TNT Express Couriers are fully Trackable and a signature is required on delivery.
• All orders sent with TNT Express Couriers Require a “Day Time” Delivery address.
• Whilst we will try our best, PRODEPOT can not be responsible for any delayed shipments once they have left the store.
