How To Order
Ordering through PRODEPOT is easy, you can order on your desktop, tablet or mobile device 24 hours a day 7 days a week..For the safety and convenience of our customers, we offer delivery right to the customer’s doorstep at no additional cost (excluding some bulky or fragile items). We also have an optional “Click & Collect” service where our customers get notified by email or SMS once the order is ready for collection..

Step 1 – Order Online
Browse online and choose from thousands of products, once you have found the product you are looking for simply hit “add to cart”

Step 2 – Proceed to Checkout
Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and select either Home Delivery or Store Pickup. Upon selecting one of these options, your page will update with a freight calculator so that it’s easier for you to calculate shipping costs if need be. Or, click on “Click and collect” which is located in our warehouse!

Step 3 – Complete your Order
Check out as a PRODEPOT Member, PRODEPOT Trade Member or Guest. Enter your payment details and hit ”Complete Purchase” to finalise your order. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly after.

Step 4 – Click & Collecting your Order
If you have selected ‘Click and Collect’ you will receive an SMS or E-mail confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. Simply visit PRODEPOT warehouse during opening hours with proof of identification and a copy of your order confirmation to collect your items.

How to use a Coupon Code
Coupon codes are a great way to save money on your purchase.
All you have to do is enter the code and click apply.
You’ll be able to stack up codes one at a time on your order.
It may void existing promotions that have already been applied so be sure when using coupon codes in tandem with other offers or deals.

Contact-free Click & Collect
PRODEPOT’s contact-free click and collect is the perfect service for busy people. When you order an item, just select “click & collect” in your checkout process to choose this delivery option. Once you’ve received your confirmation email, make sure to swing by PRODEPOT warehouse where one of our team members will bring out your online purchase while placing it safely inside a bag or basket that can be secured on top of the roof rack with straps provided at no additional cost! It doesn’t matter if it’s lunchtime – we’re open from 9:00am until 5:30pm Monday through Friday so there’s always time for pickup!
