We also have an optional \u201cClick &amp; Collect\u201d service where our customers get notified by email or SMS once the order is ready for collection..<\/p><p><strong>Step 1 &#8211; Order Online<\/strong><br \/>Browse online and choose from thousands of products, once you have found the product you are looking for simply hit \u201cadd to cart\u201d<\/p><p><strong>Step 2 &#8211; Proceed to Checkout<\/strong><br \/>Once you&#8217;ve finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and select either Home Delivery or Store Pickup. Upon selecting one of these options, your page will update with a freight calculator so that it&#8217;s easier for you to calculate shipping costs if need be. Or, click on &#8220;Click and collect&#8221; which is located in our warehouse!<\/p><p><strong>Step 3 &#8211; Complete your Order<\/strong><br \/>Check out as a PRODEPOT Member, PRODEPOT Trade Member or Guest. Enter your payment details and hit \u0003&#8221;Complete Purchase&#8221; to finalise your order. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly after.<\/p><p><strong>Step 4 &#8211; Click &amp; Collecting your Order<\/strong><br \/>If you have selected &#8216;Click and Collect&#8217; you will receive an SMS or E-mail confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
