For hard stock such as<br \/>tools and requirements only if its faulty claim within the warranty.<\/p><p>In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, we will be happy to refund the purchase value or ex-<br \/>change your product provided:<\/p><ul class=\"ul-rtrn\"><li>The items are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase took place<\/li><li>The items are including the original receipt issued at the time of purchase order<\/li><li>The items are in an original and re-usable condition<\/li><li>The items are standard stock goods (that is, goods which have not been custom made, ordered to<br \/>meet a specific requirement or modified for purpose)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Refund Processing Fees<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>All refunds are subject to a <strong>processing fee of 1.73%<\/strong> to cover non-refundable Stripe transaction costs. This fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.<\/li><\/ul><p>If an item has a major fault, you may also choose a refund or exchange it.<\/p><ul class=\"ul-rtrn\"><li>An issue that would have prevented someone from buying the item if they had known about it<\/li><li>It has been determined that it is unusable<\/li><li>It differs from the sample or summary in a significant way.<\/li><li>It doesn&#8217;t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and it can&#8217;t be fixed easily.<\/li><\/ul><p>You can hold the item if you want, and we will reimburse you for any loss of value.<\/p><p>If the issue is major, we will fix the item in a timely manner. You can opt between a refund or a replace-<br \/>ment if it is not fixed in a reasonable amount of time.<\/p><h4 class=\"h-rtrn\">HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?<\/h4><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Click &amp; Collect and In-store purchases<\/b><br \/>With Click &amp; Collect and in-store purchases, PRODEPOT will be able to assist you.<\/p><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Online Delivery Purchases<\/b><br \/>Purchases made through our online delivery service can be returned in-store, our Customer Service<br \/>team will assist you with your return. Simply email the details of your return to info@prodepot.com.au<br \/>or complete the form below, and a member of our team will get back to you.<\/p><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Please Note:<\/b>\u00a0Our Customer Service team operates Monday \u2013 Friday, 9am \u2013 5pm AEST.<\/p><p class=\"pbd\"><b>Important:<\/b>\u00a0In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items<br \/>in their original packaging, undamaged and re-saleable condition, as well as the original invoice. There are<br \/>no refunds for postage and handling charges. Except when an incorrect item has been shipped, the<br \/>buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning products. Before mailing the item, you<br \/>must obtain a return authorisation from PRODEPOT.
